The posting process is straightforward:

- 2We match your job against our rigorous, inclusion-driven criteria, which include economic fairness, brand trust, professional growth, industry potential, social capital growth, job versatility, or defined paths for advancement
- 3If the job doesn't align, we share it with our specialized community partners—your role won't be buried in our inbox
- 4Approved jobs are featured on Amaru, El Planeta, Boston Plan for Excellence, YW Boston, and Latinos in Bio websites

→ Our 30-day freshness guarantee ensures job seekers see only the latest opportunities.

Our Inclusion-Driven Criteria
To be featured on the Amaru Job Board, your job must meet at least one of these criteria:
- →Salary meets or exceeds the Area Median Income (AMI)
- →Name-brand employer with clear pathways to upward mobility
