Enterprise outplacement

Give people a next step they can start today.

Amaru provides two distinct kinds of outplacement support. Live training and coaching give people guidance, practice, and feedback. The Career Toolkit gives each participant a private place to apply that work to real opportunities. Use either one or bring them together.

Two kinds of support

Human guidance and individual work—clearly separated.

People need a place to learn and a place to do the work. Amaru can provide either form of support or connect them in one program.

Live sessions create the shared learning environment. We select the topics your cohort needs; participants can ask questions, work through examples, and practice applying the ideas to their own search. Toolkit access is not required.

  1. 01

    Résumé strategy

Connect experience to business impact, choose the evidence that matters, and tailor a résumé to the role without flattening the person's voice.

  2. 02

    LinkedIn and professional positioning

Build a profile with a clear point of view, improve discoverability, and approach professional networking with purpose.

  3. 03

    Interview preparation

Turn experience into focused, employer-relevant answers and prepare for the questions that create the most hesitation.

  4. 04

    Offer and compensation conversations

Handle the salary question, communicate value, and evaluate an offer beyond base pay.

  5. 05

    Online presence and recruiter visibility

Understand what recruiters can find, address signals that distract from a candidacy, and shape an online presence that supports the search.

Career Toolkit

Private, self-directed work on a real opportunity.

The Amaru Career Toolkit is an online workspace that takes a participant from “I'm interested in this role” to “I'm ready to apply and interview.” It works from the person's actual experience and a job they want—not a generic template. It does not include live coaching unless that support is added.

  1. 01

    Understand the opportunity

See what the employer needs, where the participant's experience connects, and which gaps still need an honest plan.

  2. 02

    Build the case

Turn real work and life experience into a clear explanation of why the participant belongs in the role.

  3. 03

    Prepare the application

Research the employer, tailor the résumé and cover letter, and build interview preparation for that opportunity.

What the work produces

Useful materials, built for the next opportunity.

  • Role-specific strengths and gaps analysis
  • Clear professional narrative
  • Target-employer research
  • Tailored résumé
  • Tailored cover letter
  • Interview preparation guide

The Toolkit prepares the participant to apply. It does not submit applications or speak to employers on their behalf.

Participant work stays personal.

Résumés, cover letters, employer research, and personal notes remain private to the participant. Any organization-facing progress visibility is agreed and documented before launch.

Build the right mix

Use either bucket—or connect them.

Training and coaching can stand on its own. Career Toolkit access can stand on its own. When combined, the live sessions provide guidance and feedback while the Toolkit gives each participant a place to continue the individual work.

Human-led support

Training and coaching

Provide facilitated group sessions for instruction, questions, practice, and feedback around the job search.

Participant-led support

Career Toolkit access

Give each participant a private place to work through target roles, application materials, and interview preparation on their schedule.

Combined support

Training + Toolkit

Use live sessions for guidance and coaching, then give each participant a place to continue the individual work.

Who leads the work

Built from both sides of the hiring table.

Amaru is led by Arturo Natella, a recruiter and career coach with more than a decade of experience helping employers hire and professionals move through the job search. That experience shapes both forms of support: human guidance for the moments that need judgment, practice, and feedback, and a Toolkit for the structured work each participant can continue independently.

Questions buyers ask

Clear before you commit.

Every transition is different. These are the boundaries that stay consistent.

How are training and coaching different from the Career Toolkit?

Training and coaching are live, human-led sessions for instruction, questions, practice, and feedback. The Career Toolkit is a private, self-directed workspace where each participant applies that work to real opportunities and application materials.

What exactly is the Amaru Career Toolkit?

It is a guided online job-search workspace. A participant starts with a real job posting and their actual experience, then works through role fit, professional positioning, employer research, application materials, and interview preparation in one connected process.

Does every engagement include live training?

No. Training and coaching and Career Toolkit access are separate forms of support. An organization can offer either one or bring them together in a broader transition program.

How many people can attend a live session?

Each 90-minute session can support up to 50 participants. We plan the content and delivery with you before the session and meet afterward for a debrief.

Does the employer see participants' application materials?

The participant's résumés, cover letters, research, and personal notes remain private to them. Any organization-facing progress view or reporting is defined separately in the final engagement.

How is the program priced?

We prepare a custom proposal based on the number of participants, length of Toolkit access, selected live sessions, and delivery timeline.

Build the next step

Give people more than advice. Give them a place to put it into practice.

Tell us your headcount, timing, and the kind of support you want participants to have. We'll recommend a focused engagement using training and coaching, Career Toolkit access, or both.
